Participation and Sponsorship Requirements:

• The participating company must operate a website related to the footwear/textile/ready-to-wear (fashion) industry.

• The individual participant must hold a position authorized to make purchasing decisions.

• The association must approve the company profile to ensure compatibility with the event’s objectives.

Inclusions in Sponsorship:​

• Flights and accommodation are only covered within the specified sponsorship dates.

• Flights will be booked in economy class with Turkish Airlines. In case of seat unavailability, will be arranged according to the most suitable flight for you and within the sponsorship terms.

Mandatory Attendance and Program:

• Participants must attend the pre-arranged B2B meetings on the scheduled days and hours.

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

• Participants will receive flight reservation details via email for confirmation. After approval, tickets will be purchased. These tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the participant will bear the potential cost of the flight and related expenses.

• In the event the participant is unable to attend, they must notify the organizer at least 3 weeks prior to the event to cancel the hotel reservation free of charge. If cancellation is made with less than 3 weeks' notice, the participant will be responsible for any hotel-related costs incurred.

• I hereby consent to sharing my passport and other personal documents and acknowledge that these documents will be shared with the Istanbul Textile Exporters Association (ITKIB) . Furthermore, I understand and accept that the event’s final confirmation is still pending and that the event may be subject to cancellation even after the documents are collected.

Visa and Passport Requirements:

• The participant is responsible for ensuring the following requirements are met. Any issues arising from failure to comply with these requirements will be the responsibility of the participant:

• The participant's passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Turkey.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to check and secure any required visa to enter Turkey from their country of residence.
